Letter Post
This is the traditional and most affordable way of sending mail that weighs less than 2 kilos. It can be used for both domestic and international shipments. However, it must meet the following physical characteristics:
Maximum dimensions
Envelope: length, width and depth combined: 90 cm, but the greatest dimension may not exceed 60 cm, with a tolerance of 2 mm. In roll form: length plus twice the diameter: 104 cm, but the greatest dimension may not exceed 90 cm, with a tolerance of 2 mm.
Minimum dimensions
Envelope: surface should not measure less than 9 x 14 cm, with a tolerance of 2 mm. In roll form: length plus twice the diameter: 17 cm, but the greatest dimension may not be less than 10 cm.
Time Frame
International
A service expectation of 6-15 business days is to be expected with most international destinations. All shipments must meet the requirements of the destination postal authority.
